Passive Skill: Sword Master / 極めし剣の煌きは、何者をも凌駕する。
Effects: If you are standing at Short Range in your Attack Phase, your opponent's skills will not be activated.
Notes:
- This skill cannot cancel the effects from Passive Skills.
- Activated skills with a lasting effect (skill names lit up) will also have their effects cancelled.
- Passive Skills have priority over Active Skills. C.C.'s Atom Heart will be cancelled by Sword Master, thus will not be able to interrupt Abel's Active Skills during his Attack Phase.
- When your teammate, Blaise (Rebirth), activated Protection of Light, the Skill Parry will still take effect. In this case, any dice damage received by Abel will reduced to 1/4 of the original(the reduced dice damage would be given to Blaise).

- Since Sword 7 cards can be obtained from the Darkroom, Sword 8 cards was awarded to (merely) 10 players in a 2012 event, and Sword 9 cards can be produced by Ricardo's skills, it is theoretically possible for you to form the "Sword 123456789" sequence for the skill Sword Dance.
